JBW-H series Microcomputer-controlled instrumented impact testing machine
Brief introduction of equipment:
This series of instrumented impact testing machine is a new product developed by our company, together with related research institutes, through using some foreign technologies for reference. This machine has been researched and developed in accordance with the relevant provisions and requirements of ISO14556:  2000 Steel-Charpy V-notch Pendulum Impact Test-instrumented Test Method, GB/T19748-2005 Steel-Charpy V-notch Pendulum Impact Test-instrumented Test Method, GB/T3808-2002 Verification of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines, and other standards. By testing the impact force value, acquiring and analyzing the impact process data, drawing the energy change curve, the explicit physical meaning and explanation of different stages of fracture are given, which can provide detailed and accurate data for study and analysis of fracture behavior of materials.
System features:
u Integrated design of column and  of main machine, with adoption of integral casting process, which can greatly improve the complete machine's rigidity, so as to ensure the stability of test;
u Use simply-supported beam to support the pendulum shaft, so the bearing radial load is of reasonable distribution, which can greatly reduce the energy loss caused by its friction.
u The double-standard speed reducer is used to lift the pendulum, and the pendulum-hanging device is installed with buffer devices, so that it can be hung stably.
u Precise design of the pendulum three-dimensional software, which can ensure not only the impacting center correct, but also the pendulum moment accurate.
u The impact knife is installed and fixed with some screws, which is easy to replace.
u Equipped with both safety protection pin, and fully enclosed protective cover, so as to ensure the safety of test process.
u Through the microcomputer control, complete the whole process of "taking the pendulum, impacting, automatically lifting the pendulum, and impacting once again".
u The impact testing machine is installed with force  and angular displacement , which has the functions of high-speed acquisition, storage and computing.
u By means of data analysis and software processing, the computer can obtain the curves of force-time, displacement-time, energy-time, force-displacement and energy -displacement, etc..
u It can provide multiple characteristic values, such as impact velocity, impact time, impact energy, absorbed energy, displacement, crack formation energy, crack propagation energy, yield force, yield time, yield displacement, yield energy, maximum force, time @maximum force, displacement @maximum force, energy @maximum force, unstable crack propagation initiation force,unstable crack propagation termination force, unstable crack propagation termination displacement, unstable crack propagation initiation energy and unstable crack propagation termination energy.
