 This length measuring machine is mainly used to calibrate grade 4 and grade 5 gauge blocks, smooth plug gauges, smooth ring gauges, plug thread gauges, thread ring gauges, master bars of outside micrometers, internal micrometers and self made length bars and various dial gauges, also used to calibrate snap gauges, inside dimension measurement of through holes and blind holes, mid diameter of outside thread etc. This machine is widely used in manufacturing industry, R&D lab and unit, national measuring & metrology departments and labs at all levels.

7. Calibration Measurement Software Presentation
7.1 Error correction
Abbe error compensation function: Correct machine structure and grating scale reading errors.
Real time temperature correction function: Software will collect on time temperature values from three digital temperature inspecting sensors for machine ,, standard gauge and tested workpiece respectively and will carry out on time temperature errors correction on the base of workpiece material coefficient of expansion and comprehensive temperature analysis.
7.2 Workpiece measurement
Outside dimension measurement:Suitable for gauge block, smooth plug gauge, thread plug gauge, dial gauge etc.
Inside dimension measurement:Suitable for smooth right gauge, thread plug ring gauge, caliper gauge, calibration rod, ruler etc.
7.3 Suitable for all kinds of gauge blocks as per National Standards of China(GB),ISO(International Standard),BS(British System),ANSI(America System),DIN(German System),JIS(Japanese System).Software has included up to 39  standard data bases for gauge block, ring gauge, plug gauge, caliper gauge, calibration rod, ruler, dial gauge etc. Can satisfy various verification regulations, standards, and make conclusion on test results as per different regulations and standards automatically.
7.4 Measurement data can be exported according to workpiece name, item number, inspector, workpiece source, equipment number, calibration date, valid date to report in word, Excel or customer design format.
