u This machine is designed specifically to test the mechanical properties of plate-type rubber bearing products for highways and bridges, which can carry out the test of compression elastic modulus, shear elastic modulus, shear bonding property , shear aging, friction coefficient, rotation angle, and ultimate compressive strength for bridge rubber bearings, as well as the detection of both axial and radial compression deformation under load test for basin-type rubber bearings for highways and bridges. Its various accuracies are in line with JJG157 Verification Requirements for Tensile, Compression and Universal Material Testing Machine.
u The main machine adopts four-screw structure, its cross beam, and adopts integral cast steel structure, and its frame's and structural stability are better than those of dual- column structure, which is easy to measure the elastic deformation. Through the microcomputer control, automatic continuous and smooth loading, automatic load-holding, automatic acquisition, storage of data, and drawing of curve, as well as automatic printing of test report.
