Product Description

Surface profile meter can measure the line features on the surface of various types of workpiece, point features, distance between point and point, distance between line and line, as well as true position of various features, including distance, parallelism, verticality, angle, groove depth, groove width, and radius. Meanwhile, it can carry out straightness analysis, convexity analysis, profile analysis and so on.
Application Field and Technical Parameters:
It is widely used in machining, automobile, motorbike, precision hardware, precision tools, tools, moulds, optical elements and other industries, which are applicable to institutes of scientific research, colleges and universities, metrology organizations, and the enterprise metrology rooms and workshops. For exampleIndustry of automobile parts: It not only can measure the generatrix's parameters of the piston, piston pin, gear and valve lifter for car, motorcycle and compressor, but also can measure the parameters of various oblique parts.
Bearing industry: It can measure the shape of sealing groove for inner and outer rings (e.g., angle, chamfer R, groove depth, groove width, and etc.), the generatrix's straightness, convexity, angle and logarithmic curve of the roller and ring for various roller bearings, as well as the raceway's straightness of needle bearing, cylindrical roller bearing, linear bearing.
Motor industry: It can measure the straightness of motor shaft, various groove's parameters of motor shell and motor rotor, etc.

Product Characteristics:
Uses high-rigidity alloy guide rail, without any need of air source.  Adopts the current international mainstream software's engineering mode, which can give a definition to the items to be measured, so as to make the measurement more fast and convenient.

For both data acquisition system and motion control system, adopt USB and Ethernet transmission plans, with the acquisition rate up to 350k/S.
