Roundness measuring Instrument
 
The roundness measuring instrument, adopting the polar coordinate measurement method, is of workpiece rotation one, which takes a high-accuracy precision set of axes/shafting/shaft system as the datum for gyration measurement of a circle. It uses a precision circular grating for counting in the circumference direction, and uses an inductance sensor for the measurement of radial variation in the radius direction. For the conversion of acquisition and control system, the motion control, data acquisition and data analysis are carried out by PC, and the measurement results are displayed  in a graphic and tabular manner.
