This equipment can handle virtually all measurements (static and dynamic) on cylindrical parts up to 130mm wide and 800mm long. With a complete 2D part scan taking a few seconds, you can reduce inspection time, minimize scrap, and increase overall productivity.
Precision and Efficiency: Adopting bi-telecentric optical system, 26 million pixel industrial camera, parallel backlight, combined with XW-VISION 5.0 flying control technology and image stitching algorithm, it can realize the measurement of 2D contour size and cylindrical runout, can optional laser displacement sensor for keyway depth measurement
Seamless Integration: fast measurement speed & high degree of automation. It can be equipped with robotic arm or a collaborative robot to achieve unmanned loading and unloading, and the measurement data can be uploaded to the MES system
