JCXU Readhead Series
JCXU linear scale readhead is an incremental readhead specially designed to provide feedback for high precision linear measurement. Adopting most advanced single field scanning technology, advanced automatic high precision gain measurement and automatic deviation correction technology of Sinpo, it can read 20um of grating scale. With high precision and strong anti-pollution, it can be used on the high performance and high reliability applications with need of closed loop and speed control such as high precision machine tools, high speed automation equipments etc.
JCXU linear scale readhead is compatible with Sinpo advanced JCXU2 series stainless steel tape scale.
Features:
Maximum resolution: 20nm.
Strong anti-pollution ability: large area of single field scanning technology, simultaneous scanning when grating lines are more than 100. Effectively reduce the impact of other pollutants such as dust.
High bandwidth, low subdivision error: with built-in high-speed ADC and reverberation circuit, it can provide higher bandwidth, higher resolution, higher dynamic response and lower subdivision error.
Automatic gain control, automatic deviation correction: it can provide more stable signal output with advanced automatic gain control, automatic deviation correction circuit and algorithm. Multicolor indicator light can prompt the signal intensity, which makes it easy to install.

Readhead moving direction as arrow indicating is positive direction
When moving follow up the arrow direction:
TTL A type: A ahead of B
Analog type: Sin ahead of Cos
